How I Use AI

I use AI in my writing process. You should know how, so you can judge the work accordingly.

The tool is Claude. I use it to research, outline, and produce first drafts against my own voice guidelines.

What I bring

The stories are mine. So are the plans, the diagnostic questions, and the judgment about what will actually help a leaders on a Tuesday morning. That comes from 20+ years of watching leaders up close. AI does not have it, cannot generate it, and I do not ask it to.

What AI does

• Drafts outlines and first-pass text from my direction

• Suggests alternate phrasing and tighter structure

• Summarizes research and helps me locate sources

What I do before anything reaches you

• Read and rewrite every draft in my own voice

• Check every fact, statistic, and citation against its source

• Make every editorial call myself

What you will never find here

• A quote, statistic, or testimonial that AI invented

• A client story that did not happen

• A recommendation I have not personally stood behind

• Anything published that I have not read start to finish

When a story is a composite, or when confidentiality requires it, I change names and details.
